The quiet Sunflower Room is open to people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), mental and physical health conditions. It is also available to parents who wish to breast feed or bottle feed young children in a quiet space.

Due to the nature of the historic buildings, some areas are not accessible for visitors with limited mobility. Some paths and doorways are narrow and wheelchair users may struggle to turn around. There are ramps and dropped curbs.

There is a steep hill in the middle of the Town - use the incline lift to avoid the slope or ask staff for an alternative.
