learning administrator & bookings officer

We're looking for an experienced administrative person to join our busy Lifelong Learning Team. You will take bookings from schools, colleges and other educational establishments which want to bring groups to take part in our award winning learning programme. You will also be responsible for maintaining the diary and inputting bookings on our CRM system.

Salary: £20,000
Hours: 36.5
 hours p/w including occasional evenings and weekends

security officer

In this role you will ensure the security of our team and all museum property. Responsibilities include opening and securing museum sites, informing management of any issues requiring attention, checking properties during the night shift, setting and deactivating alarm systems, and responding to emergency calls as necessary.

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour plus unsocial hours uplift
Hours: Two 12-hour shifts (Tuesday and Wednesday) plus additional hours to be agreed at interview

Working closely with the Head of Catering & Hospitality, you will lead in the running of our flagship café/restaurant, The Furnace Kitchen in Coalbrookdale. You must have excellent management skills and extensive knowledge of kitchen protocols.

LEARNING FACILITATOR (CASUAL)

We're looking for someone to help deliver our learning programme to school groups at all Key Stages across all of the Trusts sites. The post holder will deliver workshops and activities based around Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM), Design and Technology (D&T), History and digital learning.

Salary: £11.50 p/h

MULTI-SITE CLEANER

We're recruting a cleaner, to work across the Museum sites, ensuring that front- and back-of house areas are clean, inline with our standards and that cleaning stocks are maintained.

Salary: up to £10.42 p/h
