Making your way between our museums on foot

The Ironbridge Gorge UNESCO World Heritage Site is a beautiful place to walk. We've created maps for three walking routes between our sites that you can download to help you make the most of the beautiful natural landscapes Ironbridge and Coalbrookdale have to offer.

 

Our first walk takes you from the Museum of the Gorge to the
Darby Houses via Enginuity, Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron, and the Old Furnace.

Our second walk takes you from the Museum of the Gorge alongside the River Severn to Blists Hill Victorian Town, via the Iron Bridge and Tollhouse, Jackfield Tile Museum, the Tar Tunnel and Coalport China Museum.
