For two days this July experience the eclectic world of Steampunk at Blists Hill Victorian Town as the streets are transformed into The Town That Never Was, combining sci-fi and Victoriana.
For this special weekend, organised by The Ministry of Steampunk, Blists Hill Victorian Town will be given a science fiction twist as Steampunk fans arrive to celebrate a neo-Victorian scientific fantasy.
We'll be combining old with new by reimagining today’s technology powered by nineteenth century steam. This year, time periods are expected to merge more than ever before, with cowboys and dinosaurs making their way through the time tunnel to infiltrate this year’s event.
Grab your goggles, dress to impress in your Steampunk finery and join in the fun!
Lots of options are available for visitors who need help with accessibility. At Blists Hill Victorian Town you have access to mobility scooters, the Sunflower Room and sensory bags, and look out for members of staff in their bright orange Here to Help T-shirts and jackets when you need help.
