Sheffield-based industrial landscape painter Lynne Wixon will mark over 40 years as an artist with an exhibition at Jackfield Tile Museum.
Born in Wolverhampton, Wixon's family history in the area stretches back 200 years, deeply connecting her to the Industrial Revolution. This heritage has long been a driving force behind her artwork. The exhibition will feature a selection of Wixon’s industrial landscapes, alongside new, experimental works that explore her family and engineering history.
