Join Kyla Hislop, our Acting Head of Interpretation, as she shares some of Shropshire’s most enduring ghost tales — from haunted halls and phantom coaches to spectral soldiers still marching across the county.
Alongside these eerie accounts, discover the real events, places, and people that inspired them, and explore how such legends have lingered in local memory for generations.
This talk is part of IGMT’s ‘Twilight Tales’ series of talks, exploring the darker, stranger, and more unusual stories from history and our Collections.
Please park at the Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron car park. Parking will be chargeable at standard rates.
