Very Victorian Tour

Allow 6 hours

  • 10.00 – 13.30: Begin your group’s day at Blists Hill Victorian Town. Travel back over 100 years to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the Victorian age
  • 13.45 – 15.00: Discover the skills, craft and creativity behind the tiles that helped to decorate Victorian Britain at Jackfield Tile Museum
  • 15.00 – 16.00: Complete your day by walking in historic footsteps over the world's first Iron Bridge (1779)

Heritage Tour

Allow 5 hours

  • Morning: Start your group’s day at the all-new Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron. See stunning displays, art-castings and visit  Abraham Darby's furnace
  • Lunch & Afternoon: Take the short drive to Blists Hill Victorian Town where you can meet the Victorians and enjoy lunch a spot of lunch
  • Later Afternoon: Drive to the Museum of The Gorge and enjoy a short film about the World Heritage Site followed by a short riverside walk to see the iconic Iron Bridge & Tollhouse

Ceramics Tour

  • Take a tour around Coalport China Museum exploring the amazing bottle-shaped buildings and seeing the delicate art of China decoration
  • Board your coach and drive to Ironbridge for lunch and a visit to the world famous Iron Bridge & Tollhouse
  • Finish your day at Jackfield Tile Museum where you'll see tiles with many designs and styles in situ, from a recreated pub to an underground tube station

Half-day Tour

Start your visit at Blists Hill Victorian Town. Soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a wide range of refreshments from morning coffee and fresh buns from the Bakers, to fish ‘n’ chips or a mouth-watering cream tea. 



Continue your journey via central Ironbridge to see the Bridge itself. Have an hour or so to spare? Your group could visit Coalport China Museum, Jackfield Tile Museum or pop over to the newly redisplayed Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron.

For those not wishing to walk too far

Park at the Museum of The Gorge for a great introduction to the World Heritage Site.

Drive to the newly redisplayed Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron and explore how the discoveries made in Coalbrookdale changed the world forever. Celebrate the lives of the different characters, from the Darby dynasty of ironmasters to ‘Iron Mad’ Wilkinson.

Enjoy the afternoon exploring Blists Hill Victorian Town. Pop into the Victorian shops and cottages and celebrate your group’s special day with a drink in the New Inn – cheers!

Final payment and a full pre-order must be received 14 days prior to the booking.
