Visiting with dogs

Dogs are welcome at Blists Hill

If you are looking for a dog friendly day out in Shropshire, look no further than Blists Hill Victorian Town which is a very dog friendly attraction.

You will find lots of water bowls around the Town and plenty of lovely walks in the woods.

You are welcome to take dogs into most of the historic exhibits as its a dog friendly museum.

We ask that you

  • avoid taking them into the cafes and exhibits that sell food
  • keep them under control and on their lead
  • clear up any accidents
  • ensure that you are respectful of other visitors who may not share your love for dogs
  • do not bring them to any evening event- sorry.

Only Assistance Dogs are allowed in all of the other museums.

Please do not leave your dog in your car at any time.
