What happens to my Direct Debit following the news that IGMT will transfer to the National Trust on 2 March
All Direct Debit holders have been contacted and informed that the Direct Debit scheme has been cancelled and no renewals will be taken.
For those whose tickets expire before the date of transfer (2 March 2026), you will continue to be able to access the Ironbridge Museums until expiry of your ticket.
For those tickets that expire after the 2 March 2026, you will continue to be able to visit the Ironbridge museums until they temporarily close on 1 March 2026. After the transfer on 2 March 2026 your PASS or PASS PLUS will continue to give you entry to all National Trust places across the country, for the remainder of your pass validity and the Ironbridge museums (when they re-open under NT management) for the remainder of your pass validity. Please keep an eye on the National Trust website for more details on timelines and future access.
