Can IGMT reinstate my Direct Debit if my PASS PLUS has been blocked?
If your first Direct Debit payment is not received by us your PASS PLUS will be blocked. We will try to take the payment a second time 10 days later. After this point, if you would like to have a PASS PLUS, we will ask for payment to be made over the phone.
