We're thrilled to welcome the Queen's Baton Relay to Blists Hill Victorian Town as part of its epic journey across the Commonwealth, with The Queen’s Baton visiting all 72 nations and territories ahead of the 2022 Birmingham Games.
Blists Hill Victorian Town will throw open it's doors, to pre-booked guests only, at 8.00am for this very special event.
We're expecting the Baton to arrive at the Museum at around 8.50am so all guests must be inside the museum no later than 8.40am.
The Baton, and the Bearers, will parade through the Town before reaching the Green, outside the Forest Glen Refreshment Pavilion, for a musical interlude.
There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos & video of the Baton and it's Bearers during the morning.
The Queen's Baton Relay will leave Blists Hill Victorian Town at around 9.10am but guests are welcome to stay in the Victorian Town for as long as they wish.
Tickets for this event are FREE and limited but must be pre-booked. Car parking will be free of charge for all people arriving before 8.40am on Tuesday 19 July. Food & drink will be available throughout the morning.
