Payment details

Group admission payment can be made on arrival or in advance by cash, company cheque (made payable to IGMT) or credit/debit card. Final numbers are required 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be offered after this date. Vouchers can be accepted by prior arrangement and invoiced after the visit (admission only).

Card payments are carried out over the phone, cheques must be made payable to IGMT.

Payment Details

Discounted admission rates are available to groups of 15+ who pay the full balance in one transaction. One ticket will be issued to cover all members of the group.

  • How to pay
    Group admission payment to be made seven days prior to visit by card or BACS. 
  • Final numbers/Cancellation
    Final numbers must be confirmed seven days in advance. After this time, cancellations will not be refunded.
  • Free place for group organisers and drivers
    We offer groups of 15+ one free place each for the group leader and coach driver. A refreshment voucher is issued to the coach driver and is redeemable at any of our catering outlets.
  • Gold Ticket Winter Discounts

    Warm up your winter with even greater discounted admission prices for groups. Get out and about for less with plenty of activities - both indoor and outdoor - for groups to enjoy.
