See stunning exhibits, exquisite art castings and functional cookware all made from iron and displayed in the former Coalbrookdale Great Warehouse.

We are open everyday during October half term including Monday 23 October.

Assistance dogs are welcome to visit with you, other dogs are welcome at Blists Hill Victorian Town only.

There’s a great family trail around the Coalbrookdale site to follow, pick it up from reception on arrival.

Is the Museum suitable for visitors with disabilities?

  • Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron is on three floors, all of which are accessible by a passenger lift.
  • Accessible parking is next to the museum.
  • There is an accessible toilet on site.
  • There are many tactile objects around the museum,  that all are welcome to touch
  • Ask at reception for the best route if you are using a wheelchair
