World Heritage Youth Ambassadors

Enginuity

Our World Heritage Youth Ambassadors project is a group for anyone aged 13-18 yrs who is interested in:

  • finding out about Heritage, their local history or how a tourism destination works
  • helping with museum and community events
  • having a say in how their heritage is managed, protected and interpreted
  • working alongside Museum professionals
  • making friends with people with similar interests

Ironbridge is a fascinating place and it's amazing to learn about its industrial past and the impact it has had worldwide.

This project will help you develop your communication skills and gain confidence, volunteering experience and maybe a lifelong interest and appreciation for the place you live! As part of this project you will also work towards an Arts Award at either Bronze, Silver or Gold level.

You will need a Student Annual Passport Ticket for the Museums. Some of the activities we run as part of this project may carry small additional charges.

If you're interested and want to find out more email us or call Shaun on 01952 435909.
