Easter at Blists Hill

Blists Hill Victorian Town

During the Easter school holidays, 13-28 April, there will be lots of fun activities to keep you entertained.

The Easter bunny has lost his dinner, help feed him by tracking down his fruit and vegetables hidden around the town. Older children and grown up kids can search for symbols and try decoding secret messages. Complete the trails and collect chocolate eggs for an Easter treat.

Remember to go along to the Town’s woodlands every afternoon at 2.30pm and listen to readings from Beatrix Potter’s books bringing the tales of her favourite characters to life.

There are plenty of other fun activities to enjoy around the Town.

  • Dip your own multi-coloured candle
  • Make a watercolour bookmark
  • See the Blacksmith in action (excl Monday & Saturday)
  • Watch bread being made in the Victorian Bakery and buy a loaf to take home
  • Change your modern day money for Victorian token coins to spend in the shops
  • Enjoy a ride on the Fair
  • Join in the Sing-a-long in the pub

Activities vary day to day and additional costs apply for some activities.
