Support Us

It costs us £15,000 a day to keep our doors open and run our education and conservation programmes. Through your support, we bring to life the personal stories of real people who led the Industrial Revolution from the Ironbridge Gorge in Shropshire. Join us in ensuring these stories continue to inspire and educate future generations.

We are passionate about the Ironbridge story and work tirelessly to preserve and protect the industrial heritage, collections and social history of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. Protecting 35 listed buildings, scheduled monuments and running an extensive education programme for learners of all ages and backgrounds is a mammoth task.

Whilst income from your visits and purchases really helps, it does not cover all of our costs and every year we need to raise additional money through voluntary donations and our own fundraising efforts to ensure our work can continue.
