Travelling Around the Gorge by Motorhome

We welcome Motorhomes at most of our sites. Broseley Pipeworks only has a small car park, so is not suitable for Motorhomes. None of our car parks have height barriers.

Motorhomes can park over multiple bays, but we request that they respect other users and park as efficiently as possible, as some of our car parks have limited spaces.

At certain times of year there is a Park and Ride and Gorge Connect Service that links all of the museums, and we advise that Motorhome users take advantage of this service.

Some of the roads around the Gorge are narrow and uneven, so care should be taken, however the roads are used by coaches and buses so should be suitable for most motorhomes.

Please note that local authority car parks in the Gorge charge for the number of bays used. Standard parking charges apply at Museum car parks.
