This Easter holiday discover more about how technology has been inspired by nature and the amazing ‘engineers’ found within it.

This Easter holiday discover more about how technology has been inspired by nature and the amazing ‘engineers’ found within it.

Taking inspiration from the suction capabilities of the octopus you’ll be able to join in our fun drop-in workshops and design and create your very own ‘sticky critters’ from a range of paper and craft materials. Will the frog, gecko or octopus you create manage to stick to the shiny surfaces in the workshop?

While you’re at Enginuity you can discover how a little ingenuity will empower you to pull a 10 ton locomotive by hand, generate electricity from flowing water, build an earthquake proof tower or challenge our robotic arm to test the speed of your reactions.

There’s a soft play area for smaller children and a shop packed with great science, design and technology inspired toys.

Drop-in workshops take place daily from 10.30am - 3.45pm and cost an additional £1.50 per sticky critter.

Enginuity will be open until 6pm on Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April.
