Come along to the Coalport China Museum during February half-term between Monday 18 and Friday 22 February to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Snake. The museum will be taking on an oriental flavour with a series of hands-on family activities.

Join drop-in ceramic workshops and model a colourful slippery snake from clay (Tues – Fri) or have a go at on-glaze painting and adorn a mug with your own Chinese Zodiac sign (Mon). There’s also a chance to solve Chinese puzzles, read storybooks and follow a Chinese Zodiac trail around the museum; activities will vary from day-to-day.

The half-term workshops at Coalport China Museum will be held from 11am until 1pm and 2pm until 4pm. A Museum admission ticket is required to take part in the workshops. Workshops are an additional £4 per item and items can be sent home after firing (P&P £3)
