Environmental Quality Survey

This is a simple survey that can be carried out along a street, in a town or even in a park.

You do not need to interview people but it does require you to be observant.

As the survey generates a score it is easy to produce graphs in Excel. The survey is one of several included in this survey spreadsheet.

Additional spaces have been left in the chart to add extra survey evaluations.
