The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust is an independent educational charity operating ten separate Museums within the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. It attracts around 300,000 visitors a year of whom 60,000 are pupils and students in organised groups.

The Museum is dependant upon support from many different agencies, organisations and companies and is extremely grateful for all their backing and collaboration.

The Museum, within the 'Renaissance West Midlands' project is in partnership with Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery, Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Stoke on Trent Potteries Museum and Art Gallery and Coventry's Herbert Art Gallery and Museum.
