Businesses from across Shropshire, the West Midlands and the wider UK have worked with the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust on a number of successful ventures and partnerships.

Our Corporate Partners want to be part of our story and recognise the benefit of being aligned to the Ironbridge brand - a leading education and heritage conservation charity situated in a World Heritage Site.

We will work with you to help you meet your CSR policy and promote your brand.

  • Become a valued Corporate Patron and enjoy a host of benefits for your company, employees and their families. Including free annual passes to visit our museums, discounted entry for museum events* special ‘behind the scenes’ tours hosted by our passionate curatorial team.
  • Sponsor one of our public events or exhibitions, giving your business onsite and online brand exposure. Packages are bespoke to meet your business needs but can include private views and discounted venue hire.
  • Get involved in some truly unique and bespoke corporate volunteering opportunities across our museums. Whether lending a hand and working with our Maintenance Team or helping out at our public or fundraising events, your colleagues will be part of our story, make a real difference to our work and enjoy themselves at the same time!
  • Donate your skills. If you think your business could donate employee time and skills to our work pro bono, then we’d really like you to get in touch.

Get involved in some truly unique and bespoke corporate volunteering opportunities across our sites. Whether your team want to support us as a one off team building day or on a more regular basis, volunteering as a team helps us to tackle tasks that may otherwise take our teams days or weeks to complete.  

What we can offer

Setting: As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we have lots of unique spaces and places across Ironbridge for your teams to step away from their day job and spend the day making a difference.

Skills: You’ll work alongside and learn from our skilled staff who care for our museums, monuments and outdoor spaces on a daily basis.

Social impact: Volunteers are key in helping us to protect the environment and conserve important heritage sites for local communities and future generations to continue enjoying.

We welcome groups of any size and for any duration, from half a day to a regular commitment over the year. Full operational and administrative support will be given throughout the project, including risk assessments and all health and safety training.
